Shipping policy
Please allow 2-3 business days after your order is placed to be process and shipped.
All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped with your tracking Information.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
Calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@floorshop.us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some postal carriers have limitations around receiving and holding packages at P.O. Boxes. Please contact the postal carrier’s local office which you have your PO box at and ask if they fall into this group.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Returns must be made within 30 calendar days of purchase date. There is a 7 box minimum on return merchandise.
Before shipping: Orders that have not been shipped are assessed a non-negotiable 25% fee.
After shipping: Orders that have been shipped are subject to a non-negotiable 25% fee + the cost of shipping the return merchandise.

Packaging and shipping charges when processing a return are the responsibility of customer. Returned product must be in original, sealed, unopened and unused condition. We will only accept returns of material that is still in the original manufacturer's packaging with no signs of tampering or damage. We do not accept returns of opened, damaged, or wet items otherwise not in resale condition. Please view our full return policy page
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, at info@floorshop.us with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
